Very good but not perfect
I chose Ziering Medical after extensive research and I'm mostly very satisfied. DHI with 4500 grafts. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was great. At 10 months post-op, I'd say I'm at about 85% of what I hoped for. The hairline is excellent but the crown could use a bit more density. Cost me $7,600 which I thought was very fair for the quality.The clinic has been responsive to my follow-up questions. I'd give them a strong recommendation with realistic expectations — no transplant is going to give you the hair you had at 18.

FUT • 3000 grafts
Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Ziering Medical was okay but not exceptional. The FUT procedure (3000 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 4 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.
