Sapphire FUE • 3500 grafts
Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Novohair Clinic was okay but not exceptional. The Sapphire FUE procedure (3500 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 10 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. Total cost was $6,400.The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.

Happy with the outcome
Decided to go with Novohair Clinic for my hair transplant after reading a lot of reviews. Got 4200 grafts DHI. The experience was professional from consultation through procedure. Recovery was as expected — some swelling for a few days, shedding around week 3. At 5 months I'm seeing good growth and natural results. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the consultation felt a bit brief. But I'd still recommend them to friends and family.
