Exceeded my expectations
Went to Northwestern Hair after a friend recommended them. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. The consultation was thorough — they didn't try to oversell me on grafts I didn't need. Ended up getting 3500 grafts via DHI. The day of the procedure was long but manageable, they kept me comfortable with breaks and entertainment. 5 months later the results speak for themselves. Natural hairline, good density, minimal scarring in the donor area. Really happy with my choice.

Solid clinic, good results
Had my FUE procedure (4500 grafts) at Northwestern Hair about 8 months ago. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. The facility was professional and clean. Procedure took about around 6 hours. Results are good — not perfect, but definitely a massive improvement. The hairline looks natural and density is decent. I might consider a small touch-up session in the future for the crown area, but overall I'm happy. $5,200 well spent in my opinion.Communication could have been a bit better during the recovery phase but the results make up for it.
