FUE • 1500 grafts
Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for New England Center for Hair Restoration but was left disappointed. The FUE procedure (1500 grafts) itself was okay, but the consultation felt rushed and I don't think the hairline design was optimal. At 8 months post-op, results are below what was promised. Growth has been patchy in some areas. The clinic has been somewhat responsive to my concerns but I feel like I need a revision. Would not recommend without doing extensive research first.

FUE • 2800 grafts
Happy with the outcome
Decided to go with New England Center for Hair Restoration for my hair transplant after reading a lot of reviews. Dr. Ryan Welter personally handled everything and was incredibly skilled. Got 2800 grafts FUE. The experience was professional from consultation through procedure. Recovery was as expected — some swelling for a few days, shedding around week 3. At 5 months I'm seeing good growth and natural results. Cost me $6,300 which I thought was very fair for the quality.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time on procedure day was longer than expected. But I'd still recommend them to friends and family.
