FUE • 1500 grafts
Very good but not perfect
I chose McGrath Medical after extensive research and I'm mostly very satisfied. FUE with 1500 grafts. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was great. At 7 months post-op, I'd say I'm at about 85% of what I hoped for. The hairline is excellent but the crown could use a bit more density. The clinic has been responsive to my follow-up questions. I'd give them a strong recommendation with realistic expectations — no transplant is going to give you the hair you had at 18.

Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for McGrath Medical but was left disappointed. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. The FUE procedure (2200 grafts) itself was okay, but the consultation felt rushed and I don't think the hairline design was optimal. At 9 months post-op, results are below what was promised. Growth has been patchy in some areas. The clinic has been somewhat responsive to my concerns but I feel like I need a revision. Would not recommend without doing extensive research first.
