Solid clinic, good results
Had my Sapphire FUE procedure (3800 grafts) at Beverly Hills Hair Restoration about 18 months ago. The facility was professional and clean. Procedure took about about 8 hours. Results are good — not perfect, but definitely a massive improvement. The hairline looks natural and density is decent. I might consider a small touch-up session in the future for the crown area, but overall I'm happy. $8,600 well spent in my opinion.Communication could have been a bit better during the recovery phase but the results make up for it.

Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Beverly Hills Hair Restoration was okay but not exceptional. The Sapphire FUE procedure (2800 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 5 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. Total cost was $12,000.The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.
